Should I create an account? Do I need to?

Yes, you will need to create an account with us in order to place an order. It is very simple and easy to do.

How do I create an account?

To create an account simply click on the "ACCOUNT' icon located at the top of our website. Choose an email and a password and you are good to go.

Can I add my VAT number to my account?

Yes, you can add your VAT details to your account. We deliver worldwide and offer VAT-free sales to Non EU customers. VAT is chargeable on all UK sales irrespective of the payment method unless the goods provided are being used for medical research purposes and the customer provides a valid exemption certificate prior to the point of sale. UK customers who are registered for VAT are able to reclaim 100% of the VAT charged through their VAT return process. EU sales - VAT is not charged on EU sales to Non-UK based EU customers who are registered for VAT and provide a valid VAT registration number at the point of sale. This can be done on-line during the checkout process or by updating your account profile.

Please create an account with us before placing any orders. If you are still unable to place your order please contact us and we will be happy to help. We will need you to email us your details including name, business name (if applicable), phone number, shipping address, billing and address and VAT registration number (if applicable).

I am not able to add my VAT registration number to my account. Can you help?

If you are unable to add your VAT registration number to your order please create an account with us first without a VAT registration number. Once you have done so please email us your VAT registration number and you company details including address, phone number and contact name. With certain countries (i.e. Spain) we will also need your company type (i.e. Limited, cooperative, public entity, etc).

How long will it take to get my item?

The estimated delivery time is based on the postage/courier service selected and when our accounts department is able to clear your payment.

We post all our items from the United Kingdom. You can also collect them from our office at 38 Waterson Street in Shoreditch.

We do offer international postage. We post our items to every country in the World.

How much does it cost to post to my country?

For prices of postage please select the item you are interested in, add it to your Shopping Cart and click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top right corner of the website.

You will be re-directed to your shopping cart page where you will be able to get a quote on both shipping costs and VAT charges. Make sure you select the correct country and zip/post code.

How do I pay for my purchase?

You can pay for your orders by bank transfer, PayPal transfer, and by credit or debit card. You can also pay with cash or card at our shop in London (38 Waterson Street).

How do I return an item?

Please contact us for any returned item and we will send you our returns form along with our returns policy. We will be happy to guide you through the entire process.

What happens to my order if the courier attempts to deliver and I am NOT in to receive my order?

If your are not at your postal address, the post person will attempt a re-delivery. You can also contact them to schedule a re-delivery by using the information on the 'WHILE YOU WERE OUT' card the courier has left behind. On occasion Royal Mail International orders do not leave a 'WHILE YOU WERE OUT' card. For this reason we highly recommend that you keep track of your order through our website and contact us if you need any assistance or feel that your order is taking longer then it should to be delivered. Your order will be delivered back to us if you do not collect it within two weeks of the first delivery attempt, at which point you will then have to pay for postage once again in order for us to send you your item a second time. He highly recommend that you contact your local sorting office where your items are located (depending on which courier service you have selected) and find out if they are in possession of your parcel. Please take along proof of i.d. and proof of address in case they request it. Keep in mind that for Royal Mail International Signed For Service.
