Shipping & Delivery

We arrange for a variety of shipping measures. We use the services of Royal Mail and DHL. CineGearPro will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times, a tracking order, in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.

Privacy & Security

We want you to feel confident about shopping with us and about sharing information with us. Our privacy & security policy is all about telling you how we use (and don't use) and protect your personal information.

We use your personal information to process your order(s) and to keep you informed about your order(s). We also use it to send you information about CineGearPro by email and / or electronic newsletter - but ONLY if you have given us permission to do so (which you may revoke at any time). We will only call you or post something to you if you ask us to or if we specifically need to talk to you about an order. We do NOT share your information with anyone unless it is necessary for order fulfilment or for sending information you have agreed to receive. We NEVER 'rent out' customer lists for marketing purposes.

Returns & Replacements

CineGearPro aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. If by any chance you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased please inform us within 3 days of receipt. We will guide you through the return process if you have any doubts on the matter. Please take into consideration that we will only replace your item or give you a refund if: -The item is faulty and the fault has not been caused by mis-use of the item. The item will then be returned and replaced by a new one. -The item is received broken or damaged and you have payed for postage that include insurance then the item may be returned and will be replaced. -If you are not happy with your item it can be returned for a refund but Item must be returned in its original working condition, unused and in original packaging. We cannot accept item for return that has been open and used.

All returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt and we recommend you use a signed for service as you remain responsible for the goods until they reach us. Please note that the postage/custom fee (if any) that was spent when returning certain items will be paid by the costumer.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of Goods available from CineGearPro correspond to the actual Goods, CineGearPro is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct Goods, not different Goods altogether. 

Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required size, model, colour, number, or other features of the Goods that you are purchasing. -CineGearPro does not represent or warrant that such Goods will be available. Stock indications are not provided on the Web Site.

All pricing information on the Web Site is correct at the time of going online. CineGearPro reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

VAT Charges

1. VAT-free sales - We deliver worldwide and offer VAT-free sales to Non EU customers.

2. UK sales - VAT is chargeable on all UK sales irrespective of the payment method unless the goods provided are being used for medical research purposes and the customer provides a valid exemption certificate prior to the point of sale. UK customers who are registered for VAT are able to reclaim 100% of the VAT charged through their VAT return process.

3. EU sales - VAT is not charged on EU sales to Non-UK based EU customers who are registered for VAT and provide a valid VAT registration number at the point of sale. This can be done on-line during the checkout process or by updating your account profile.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We offer the option of payment through PayPal or bank transfer. Persons under the age of 18 should use this Web Site only with the supervision of an Adult. Payment Information must be provided by or with the permission of an Adult.

Viewing Orders

Updating Account Information

To change your account information, click on “MY ACCOUNT” bellow “USER ACCESS” at the top of the page next to the British flag. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page where you can change name, email, email password, newsletter subscriptions, billing address and your primary shipping address.

CineGearPro reserves the right to change the Web Site, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Web Site following the changes. If CineGearPro is required to make any changes to Terms and Conditions relating to sale of Goods by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.
